Three foreign aid workers have died in a Taliban suicide attack on an American NGO in Kunduz. At dawn a Taliban commando broke into the offices of the American aid organisation for development. In addition to the three foreigners, (a German security guard, a British citizen and a Filipino) two Afghan citizens were killed and all the six members of the commando also died.
