Germany, France and the UK are set to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 30% rather than 20% by 2020. This is the commitment made by Environment Ministers Norbert Roettgen from Germany, Jean-Louis Borloo from France and Chris Huhne from the UK in a joint article in the Financial Times, Le Monde and Faz today.
