AFGHANISTAN: 2 RED CROSS WORKERS FREED NEAR HERAT

Two Red Cross aid-workers, an Afghan and a foreigner, have been freed in the province of Herat. A spokesman for the Red Cross announced that they were freed after six days, but gave no further details.
