NATO has apologised to Pakistan over the deaths of 3 soldiers killed by Allied helicopters. The Secretary General, Anders Foch Rasmussen, also asked Islamabad Foreign Minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, to reopen the border crossing used by convoys carrying supplies to NATO troops in Afghanistan.
