Berlin – The German Finance Ministry says that Spain has no need of economic aid at the moment. Michael Offer, spokesman for Wolfgang Schauble, the German Finance Minister, said that “because of payment difficulties, with their inherent risk to the stability of the Eurozone, conditions for a bail-out do not exist”.
