ANTITRUST OPENS PRELIMINARY INQUIRY INTO TELECOM

The Antitrust Authority has opened a preliminary inquiry to see whether Telecom has abused its dominant position. The company is accused of preventing competitors from offering services to the end customer.

The measure, announced today during a number of inspections carried out in collaboration with special Finance Police units, comes in response to a number of complaints presented by Fastweb and Wind.
