CARGO SHIP CARRYING SOLVENTS IN DANGER OFF FRENCH COAST

A cargo ship carrying six tons of solvent has collided a container ship off of Brest on France’s Atlantic coast. The ship is in difficulty and its crew has been evacuated. There are no details on the extent of the damage.
