– One civilian, three security guards and three rebels were killed in an attack on Chechnya’s parliament. Thirteen others were injured. According to first reports, the terrorists arrived in a car, mingling with the cars that bring deputies to Parliament. One of them blew himself up at the entrance to the buildings.
