Emma Stone will be Spider Man’s girlfriend in a new movie on the superhero to be released in July 2012. According to an announcement by Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios, the 21 year old American actress, who just finished filming the comedy “Easy A”, will play the role of the first love of a very young Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) under the direction of Marc Webb. Filming will start in December. Stone will not play as Spider Man’s great love, Mary Jane Watson, but as a much younger Gwen Stacy.
