CONSTITUTIONAL COURT PARTLY DISALLOWS “PATROLS”

The Constitutional Court has rejected as partially illegitimate the provisions on “citizens” patrols.

“The provision involved ‘patrols’ ‘in situations of social unease. The Constitutional Court however rejected as unfounded issues raised by the regions of Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Umbria on “the cooperation of associations of private citizens in protection urban security.”
