The Sardinian entrepreneur Flavio Carboni has been arrested as part of the inquiry into the wind power tenders. 78 year old Carboni was taken to the Regina Coeli prison by the Carabinieri. His defence lawyer, Renato Borzone, has already announced that he will appeal to the review court. .
