The North Korean leader, Kim Jong-il, has been re-elected Genera Secretary of the Workers’ Party. The announcement will be made during an unscheduled meeting of the ruling party. In that occasion it is expected that Jong-li’s successor will be nominated to the guide of the only hereditary Communist regime in the world.
