EUROPEAN COMMISSION HAS NO COMMENT ON GADDAFI DECLARATIONS

The European Commission has not commented on Gheddafi’s declarations, a spokesperson reported from Brussels. Libya’s leader had urged Europe to pay five billion Euro to avert the risk of massive immigration from Africa.
