Rome – European markets closed higher after positive bond sales in Ireland and Spain. The London FTSE 100 advanced 0.3% to 5,217.82 points, with BSkyB was up 16.65%.The Milan FTSE MIB was up 1.95%, doing better than the others at 20,582.72 points. The Frankfurt DAX grew 0.82% and the Paris CAC 40 was up 0.98%. Athens lost 1.05% after being declassified yesterdays by Moody’s and Madrid rose 1.6%.
