FIOM secretary general Maurizio Landini said that “it would be wise of FIAT to resume talks” on Pomigliano plant. Speaking at a general meeting of union FIOM representatives in Pomigliano, Landini added: “we told FIAT that, in compliance with the national agreement, we are ready to work up to 18 shifts, which is more than we agreed on in the deal”.
