A man who used marijuana for therapeutical purposes has been fired from Wal-Mart and is now claiming justice. Joseph Casias, who was on a prescribed marijuana treatment for a brain tumor, has sued the retail chain company that fired him after turning out to be positive to the substance abuse test.
