France Telecom is to take on 10 thousand more members of staff by 2010 and aims to have 300 million clients by 2015. The French Group have issued a communique’ to this effect. The new development plan will also aim to simplify the commercial offering, improve service quality and make more efficient use of the networks, whose saturation over the last few years has not been matched proportionally by staff salaries.
