An oppressive heat wave is arriving on Thursday, according to Emergency Services with 18 cities at risk. A level 3 “red” alert has been issued by the Civil Protection Agency for Bolzano (37 degrees), Campobasso (33 degrees), Frosinone (36), Genoa (35 degrees), Messina (38 degrees) and Rome (37 degrees).
