Rome prosecutors are investigating three more IOR operations reported as suspect by the UIF of the Bank of Italy. It is not just 23 million euro, seized in recent works by the Examining Judge (confirmed by the Court of Review), that divides Rome prosecutors and the Institute for Works of Religion. Among the papers that deputy prosecutor Nello Rossi and public prosecutor Stefano Rocco Fava made available to the Court of Review (and thus also to the defence), in the run up to the appeal, there are also documents relating to other operations carried out by the IOR last year and reported as suspect by the UIF (Financial Information Unit) of the Bank of Italy.
