Russia believes it owes Iran a 800 million dollar fee for the failed delivery of anti-aircraft S-300 batteries. The announcement was made by Sergei Chemezov, head of the Russian Technologies Corporation, the powerful industrial military conglomerate that includes Rosoboronexport.
