JAPAN: TENSION HIGH, CHINA AMBASSADOR SUMMONED

Japan summoned the Chinese Ambassador to ask for explanations on the detention of four Japanese nationals. Tokyo also requested Beijing to pull two fishing boats out of disputed waters.
