Bishkek – Tens of thousands of Uzbeks – mostly women, children and the elderly – are escaping the clashes in Kyrgyzstan. The ethnic riots have already caused 113 victims. Uzbekistan has hurriedly organized refugees camps close to the border, but now looms the risk of a humanitarian crisis.
