Efraim Sevela, 82 has died. The writer, screen writer and film director born Efim Drabkin in Byelorussia, in the ’70s emigrated to Israel, where he fought in the 1973 War. During perestrojka he returned to Russia and directed some successful movies, including “Chopin’s Nocturne”
