Singer El Shaka denied his own death and was then killed by a gang of drug dealers. The singer was shot in the head and the chest while in his red Cadillac. El Shaka was very famous in Mexico for his “narcocorridos” folk songs in which he sang the deeds of a gang of drug dealers and that his why he became a target for local gangs.
