Tropical storm Karl has now been upgraded to a category 3 (of 5) hurricane as it makes its way toward Veracruz. The storm, whose gales reach up to 195 km/hr, is moving at 15 km per hour. According to the U.S. National Hurricane Center, it might gain even more strength before hitting the coast.
