MEXICO: KARL GROWS NASTIER, OFF-SHORE RIGS EVACUATED

Heading towards Veracruz, Karl has grown into a class 2 hurricane with winds up to 160 Km/hr. It may soon turn into a class 3 hurricane. For precautionary reasons, Mexico’s state owned oil company Pemex has decided to evacuate all Gulf rigs.
