According to the report by the TMZ.com Website, the 40-year old, 2-time Grammy Award winner, has reportedly already served the petition for divorce on the 43-year old Hollywood star (“Blue Velvet”, “I Am Sam”, “Inland Empire”) quoting irreconcilable differences. The couple has two children, Ellery, a 9-year old boy and Jaya, a 5-year old girl.
