Nestle’, the world leader in food products, is creating a new unit of diet heath food. It will be called Nestle’ Health Service and will enhance food pharmaceutical research and will become operational at the beginning of next year. Luis Cantarell will manage the new Swiss giant’s unit, which will incorporate the present diet food division. In 2009, the turnover of the present division was 1.6 billion Swiss Francs (1.6 billion Dollars), against the 100 billion Swiss Francs of the whole Group. Nestle’ thinks that the diet health food sector, especially for cardiac patients, is widely expanding. .
