NIGER: FRENCH TROOPS ARRIVE IN NIAMEY AFTER KIDNAPPINGS

A contingent of approximately 80 French soliders has arrived in Niamey, the capital of Nigeria. Seven people have been kidnapped in the Central North African country over the last few days, including 5 French.
