At least 19 people were killed while 2 survived a plane crash in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The news was reported by Colonel Joli Limendo, chief of police in the western province of Bandundu where the plane crashed. Owned by Filair, the plane had left central Congo and after a stopover in Bandundu should have flown to the capital Kinshasa. The airline’s fleet has two models, the Russian Antonov 24B and the Czech Let L-410 Turbolet .
