Oslo and Zurich are the world’s most expensive cities again in 2010: Rome is 24th, and Milan 30th. According to the traditional UBS study of ‘Prices and Wages’, the highest level of purchasing power, calculated on the basis of net annual income, is to be found in Zurich, Miami and Los Angeles. The two Italian cities included in the sample did badly, with Milan 26th and Rome 41st. .
