The ‘baptism’ ceremony of the gorillas took place in Ruanda, in which names were given to 18 primates. Every year the cerimony, which is held in the village of Kinigi located at the foot of the Virunga Mountains in the North of the Country, is attended by environmentalists, animal rights activists and tourists from every corner of the world. This year’s ceremony was also attended by Ruanda President Paul Kagame.
