A fugitive suspected of being one of the leaders of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, has been arrested in Uganda. Jean-Bosco Uwinkindi, who had a 5 million dollar reward on his head, is accused of involvement in the organisation of the massacre of the Tutsis. The man was arrested a few days after entering Uganda from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
