SPAIN: ZAPATERO PLANS TO REORGANIZE HIS GOVERNMENT

Spain’s premier, Jose Luis Zapatero, is substantially reorganizing his government. According to the Spanish media, some four or five misters will be replaced, including the vice-prime minister.
