Spanish premier Jose’ Luis Rodriguez Zapatero has set the ball rolling for a cabinet reshuffle. Among the most significnat changes, Maria Teresa Fernandez de la Vega’s deputy premier post will go to Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba. Health minister Trinidad Jimenez will take up Miguel Angel Moratinos’s foreign affairs appoint. Zapatero characterised the move as conducive to bolder economic reforms.
