Russian police have defused a car-bomb in Stavropol, in the southern part of the country. An officer told the Ria Novosti news agency, “We found a dead body in the car. It was hooked up to cables and explosives.” The bomb squad took over the scene, in collaboration with the FSB, the Russian Federal Security Service.
