At least 10 persons were killed in an explosion on a mini-bus in Gecitli, in the South-East of Turkey. The news was reported by sources of the security forces. This part of the Country is the area of influence of the PKK (Kurdistan Workers’ Party) which in August had declared a cease-fire till the 20th of September. The village of Gecitli is located in the province of Hkkari.
