A 12-year-old girl was arrested in New York as she was selling crack to a policeman in plain clothes. The NY Post reports that the girl was in Arverne, Queens, a quite malreputed area. “It is unusual for such a young girl to sell drugs. I don’t remember seeing this before,” said a substance abuse expert to the NY Post.
