US OPEN TO TALKS WITH TALIBAN WITH BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS

General Petraeus is open to negotiations with Taliban who have American “blood on their hands”. The commander of US and NATO troops in Afghanistan explained that this is part of the new strategy that “we are about to implement.”
