New York – The CIA has signed a contract with Xe Services, formerly known as Blackwater. According to the Washington Post, the private security firm, involved in several scandals while operating in Iraq, will be used in Afghanistan to protect US projects in several provinces. The contract is worth close to 100 million dollars. .
