A rich Buffalo entrepreneur Carl Paladino, 64, has vanquished the official candidate, Rick Lazio, and will contrast the Dem Andrew Cuomo for the NY gubernatorial position. In Delaware, another Tea Party candidate, Christine O’Donnell, won the primaries for the Senate seat to be decided by the mid-term elections of 2 November.
