For half of the Americans, whatever the outcome of mid-term elections, nothing will change in the economy. With the effects of the recession still being felt, it is still the central issue on the minds of the electorate in view of the November race. According to 47% of the respondents in the ABC News and Yahoo! survey, the economic situation won’t change regardless of whether it is the Republicans or the Democrats to win in the Congress.
