Wall Street swings upwards at opening, following the announcement that China is to make the Yuan more flexible. The Dow Jones moves up by 0.93% to 10,547.45 points and now increases by 1.06%. Nasdaq rises by 1.23% to 2,338.30 points, thus growing by 0.97%.
