WORLD CUP: NEW ZEALAND MANAGER IS STAYING TILL 2014

Ricki Herbert, the Manager of the New Zealand national team, will lead the All Whites up to the World Cup of 2014. He disclosed the news himself while announcing he had rejected the offers made to him from Europe, Africa and Asia after the three tie scores recorded during the World Cup, including the one in the match against the ‘Azzurri’. “One or two of them were difficult to put down but money isn’t everything”, he explained. Herbert, the worse-paid Manager in the World Cup with less than 30,000 Euros a year, intends to keep his double assignment and continue to coach the Australian Phoenix Club
