Arab and Muslim countries, led by Malaysia, are pressing for an emergency UN session on the Gaza flotilla raid. According to Israeli newspaper ‘Haaretz’, the aim is to turn the debate “into a fully-fledged diplomacy attack on Israel” and could strengthen international pressure to ease the Gaza blockade.
