WORLD: REAL ESTATE PRICES AND SALES GO UP IN NYC

In the second quarter of 2010 real estate prices and sales have gone up in New York City. Mortgage rates dropping and more affordable prices have generated an 81% increase compared to last year’s sales of condominium apartments sales. Prices have gone up from 3% to 8% and are now, on average, around 850,000 Dollars
