MARSIGLIA – Un uomo nordafricano di 25-30 anni, al grido di Allah u Akbar, ha attaccato i passanti con un coltello nella stazione Saint-Charles a Marsiglia. Le due vittime dell’assalitore avevano 17 e 20 anni ed erano due ragazze. Una sarebbe state una sgozzata, l’altra pugnalata al torace. L’assalitore, un algerino irregolare. è stato ammazzato dai militari: aveva indosso un altro coltello.
L’Isis ha rivendicato l’attacco, affermando che l’assalitore è uno dei suoi “soldati”. L’assalitoreera noto alla polizia per precedenti, legati a reati comuni, tra cui scippi e traffico di stupefacenti. Non risulta che sia stato schedato come potenziale terrorista o radicalizzato, anche se la sua pericolosità è dimostrata dal fatto che fosse stato individuato con 7 identità diverse in vari paesi del Maghreb. Nelle riprese video della stazione di Marsiglia, si apprende, l’uomo appare seduto, fermo su una panchina. Poi, lo si vede alzarsi all’improvviso e passare all’azione
Dopo l’attacco la stazione è stata evacuata ed è scattata un’operazione di polizia a Marsiglia. La Police Nationale su Twitter ha invitato i cittadini a “evitare la zona”. Un video postato su YouTube mostra la gente che fugge dopo aver udito gli spari della polizia (foto Ansa).
